Safe Swimming This Summer
Headed to the pool or beach to stay cool in the summer sun? Remember these important tips for safe swimming –
- Never swim alone. Use the buddy system and always swim in designated areas supervised by lifeguards.
- Keep them afloat. Young and inexperienced swimmers should always wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets.
- Take lessons. A family that swims together has a ton of fun together. Enroll in age-appropriate classes so everybody learns how to swim.
