State of Wisconsin Group Health 2024 Network Options

A network is a group of health care providers who have an agreement with Quartz to treat our members. Choosing the right network is important. Your network determines what claims are paid and how much you may pay out-of-pocket.

The good news is you can choose from three regional networks that all feature access to high-quality care from our partners and local providers.
