Well Wisconsin program
Well Wisconsin lets you earn rewards for tracking your healthy activities and progress to your wellness goals. Plus, you can earn a $150 pre-paid card by completing a health assessment, health check, and one healthy activity by mid-October. Employees, retirees, and their spouses who participate in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program can join the Well Wisconsin program.
