Choose the network that works for you
You get to choose from three comprehensive provider networks: West, UW Health, and Central. Each one features access to care from our provider sponsors (UW Health, Emplify Health by Gundersen, UnityPoint Health – Meriter, and Aurora Health Care).
Each network provides access to trusted local and regional primary care providers (PCP) or primary care clinics (PCC) in specific areas. Every family member has the flexibility to choose their own PCP or PCC in the same network.

Choose the Quartz UW Health Network if you prefer to receive primary care in Dane County (excluding the communities of Cambridge, Marshall, and Mazomanie)
