COVID-19: We’re Here for You

Open for business

While our buildings are closed to the public, our full staff is still working for you. We’ve transitioned to an almost fully remote workforce, with just a few essential employers on-site practicing social distancing. We’re answering calls and processing claims. Most importantly, we’re supporting our members’ health and well-being.

Temporary Coverage Changes

Effectively immediately, Quartz will cover e-visits or video services at 100% through May 31, 2020 in our provider network. There will be no copay, coinsurance, or deductible. Members can get a diagnosis and treatment when they need it most without going to a clinic.

We are also waiving cost-sharing for in-patient, in-network hospitalizations related to COVID-19 through May 31, 2020. This means no out-of-pocket costs (copay, coinsurance, or deductible) if you are treated for COVID-10 at an in-network facility.
