Medicare Part B Open Enrollment

Open enrollment for Medicare Part B runs from January 1 – March 31, with coverage effective July 1. If you have employees who are retiring, are retired or are not active, and are eligible for Medicare Part B, please make them aware –

• Even if they do not sign up for Medicare Part B, their claims will be processed by Quartz as if they had the coverage in place.

Quartz will process claims according to the Medicare Fee Schedule. Our coordination of benefits with Medicare will comply with federal and state statutes and regulations. Please refer to your Certificate of Coverage for details.
