Tom joined Quartz Health Solutions, Inc. in 2014. He brings 20+ years of Human Resources (HR) leadership experience leading efforts in human capital strategy, compensation optimization, and talent acquisition.
At Quartz, Tom oversees HR Operations, Organizational Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Internal Communications and Culture. He is responsible for anticipating the human capital and technology needs of the workforce and leading change management to position the organization and its people to stay competitive in the market. Tom’s team oversees the Quartz total rewards program, talent acquisition function, business partner relationships, and transformational human capital strategy.
Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Human Ecology with a degree in adult learning. He gained his Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification in 2018. Tom also holds a Transition to Executive Management Certification from the UW-Madison School of Business. Additional certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, PROSCI Change Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
