Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
Kimila Daniels joined Quartz Health Solutions, Inc., in 2013. She brings more than two decades of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience to the company. Kimila’s background includes leadership positions in both the public and private sector as well as in a range of industries that include property and casualty insurance, entertainment, and higher education. Her contributions to the community include active involvement with the YWCA of Madison, Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, United Way of Dane County, and the Madison Area Diversity Roundtable.
In her role as vice president, chief administrative officer, Kimila is responsible for leading Quartz’s human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, facilities management, and internal communication initiatives.
She is a proven change agent, with a focus on culture, process improvement, and other management initiatives that drive the organization’s growth and standing as a regional employer of choice.
Kimila received a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Greenville College and a masters of management and organizational development from Benedictine University in Lisle, Ill. She holds a certification as senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management. Kimila is a certified change management practitioner through Prosci® and a certified life coach.
