Dominic Turpin: VP, Transformation

Dominic Turpin joined Quartz in 2017, bringing more than two decades of financial experience to the organization. Dominic’s career spans multiple global industries and includes experience in the banking, food, and health care sectors. At Quartz, he focuses on leading our efforts to transform how we work and drive effectiveness and value creation.

Dominic is a trustee on the board of St. Cloud State University’s foundation, serving as chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee. He has been the keynote speaker for two graduating cohorts of St. Cloud State University’s MBA program, based in the Twin Cities. He also delivered the keynote address at the 2007 Southwest Student Conference of the National Association of Black Accountants.

Dominic earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University Northwest and an MBA from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
