Christine Senty: President and CEO

Christine Senty, J.D. leverages in-depth knowledge and expertise as a managed care professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to her appointment as Interim President and CEO, she served as General Counsel – responsible for oversight of Quartz’s corporate legal, governance, commercial and government programs compliance, subrogation, grievance and appeals, vendor value management, retrospective risk adjustment, and special investigations team. She was a senior executive officer with responsibility for transactional legal work and served as Secretary for the Quartz family of companies.  

Christine is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She earned her law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minn., and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and human resource management from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Christine is involved in numerous professional associations and serves on the Wisconsin Insurance Security Fund (WISF) Board of Directors.
