Job-Related Access to MyPlanTools

Quartz contracted providers are granted access to MyPlanTools. To protect the privilege of having this electronic access, it is imperative that your access is limited to the minimum necessary to accomplish the intended purpose of the use to do your job. MyPlanTools should not be accessed when it is not necessary to satisfy a job-related purpose.

Unapproved access activities include accessing self or family member records and snooping (accessing information not needed to perform job responsibilities). Examples of accesses that are not approved include: Information that belongs to neighbors, friends, co-workers, celebrities and VIP (local celebrities, individuals in the news) patients. If you do need to access a family member or acquaintances information for a job-related purpose, please notify a coworker for assistance.

Quartz will monitor access by contracted providers to determine appropriate use and access. Access for purposes other than conducting job related business is cause for termination of access, and subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of the provider contract with Quartz.
