At Quartz, we make it a priority to help you get the preventive care you need to stay healthy. You may get a letter in the mail, a MyChart message or a phone call reminding you about a test or a vaccine you may need.

Examples of preventive tests are:

• Cervical cancer screening (Pap smear)
• Colorectal cancer screening
• Breast cancer screening (mammogram)
• Diabetes tests or screenings

If you have a child under age 2, you may get a phone call reminding you about a vaccine your child needs.
