In March 2020, MyPlanTools will be upgraded to the new My Quartz Tools. My Quartz Tools will continue to offer demographics, eligibility, benefits, remittance advice, prior authorization information, claims and much more. The secure portal also lets you communicate directly with Customer Service.
Watch for future communication — active users will be sent a new username and temporary password, along with a helpful training guide.
