We’re pleased to be the 2021 recipient of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Council’s Workplace Diversity Advocate Award.
The annual award is presented to an organization that serves as a role model for diversity.
At Quartz, we’ve pledged to be a part of reducing health disparities. We seek and find new ways to support our coworkers, members, and communities. The award recognizes this commitment.
The SHRM Considered Several Efforts, such as:
Employee Resource Groups: Voluntary groups focus on the experiences and perspectives of people of a particular race, ethnic or cultural background, gender, gender identity, religion, age cohort, sexual orientation, history of disabilities, military services, or other affinities.
Pandemic Response: Quartz looks through the DE&I lens when responding to challenges. Efforts to support employees and members throughout the pandemic recognized that experiences and needs are different.
Education: Quartz works to increase understanding through Health Insurance 101 presentations available in English, Hmong, and Spanish. Members gain the confidence they need to make the most of their health plan.
In 2022, we’re building on the solid foundation we’ve created. Together, we’re improving support for all our employees and members. Learn more and see new resources at QuartzBenefits.com/dei.
