Medicare Advantage Plans
Our Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) product will be expanding to Carroll and Lee counties in Illinois and 15 new counties in Wisconsin: Calumet, Chippewa, Eau Claire, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Lafayette,
Marinette, Oconto, Outagamie, Pepin, Rock, Shawano, and Waushara.
Affordable Care Act Plans
Quartz is expanding our Individual and Family plan service area to 18 new counties. In western Wisconsin, we are adding Pepin, Chippewa, and Eau Claire counties. In eastern Wisconsin, we are entering 15 counties: Brown, Calumet, Kenosha, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Milwaukee, Oconto, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Shawano, Sheboygan, Washington, and Winnebago.
