Medicare Advantage Members Mail-Order Pharmacy

Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) members can use Optum Home Delivery for mail-order medications.

With Optum Home Delivery, medications are sent directly to your home. You’ll enjoy convenience & cost-savings by receiving three months of medications at a time.

You’ll receive your medications for new or transferred prescriptions within 10 business days of receiving your prescription order. Completed refill orders should arrive to your home in about 7 business days. If you don’t receive your medication within an appropriate time frame, please call Optum Home Delivery at (800) 506-4614 (TTY: 711).

To get your prescriptions at Optum Home Delivery, your doctor can do any of the following:

  • Send prescriptions electronically to:
