Mail Order Pharmacy

Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) uses Birdi to provide you the option to choose mail-order to receive your medications.

With Birdi mail-order, medications are sent directly to your home. By using Birdi mail-order you’ll enjoy:

  • Convenience: With receiving three months of medications at a time, you will only need to refill four times a year (not applicable to specialty medications)
  • Cost-savings: With some medications, you can save money by ordering three months at a time versus one month at a time
  • Connections: Birdi pharmacists review every prescription before it is sent to the pharmacy and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your emergency medication needs

Additionally, you’ll receive your medications within 10 days of placing your order. If you don’t receive your medication within 10 days, please call Birdi mail-order pharmacy at (855) 873-8739.
