Out-of-Area Student Coverage is being added to HMO large and small group certificates in Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota to align with Wisconsin. It will be included in your group’s certificate upon renewal in 2020. Coverage for non-urgent, non-emergent services is at 50% of the usual, customary and reasonable amount typically charged by other providers in the area.
