FluMist Now a Covered Vaccine

Quartz will cover FluMist –

• Effective September 12, 2018 for pharmacy flu shot claims
• Effective October 17, 2018 for medical flu shot claims

This applies to all Quartz lines of business except Senior Preferred and BadgerCare Plus.
