Diabetes prevention and support made simple
Whether you’re looking to prevent diabetes or manage it, Quartz is here to help. Eligible members can access resources, prevention, and treatment programs, including the lifestyle change program to help prevent diabetes and encourage whole health, personalized support, and more.
Quartz mental well-being programs with AbleTo
Quartz mental well-being programs with AbleTo make it easy for members to find the mental health support they deserve on their time. Eligible members get 24/7 access to digital self-care tools, plus the option to schedule one-on-one coaching or therapy within five business days.
Maternal health
A growing family can be exciting and also bring new challenges. Quartz offers programs and resources to support you and your child’s whole health through pregnancy and beyond, including our doula program*, post-partum resources, and more.
*Pilot programs are available to eligible 2025 and 2026 members on a trial basis and may be changed or discontinued in future years.

Well Wisconsin Program
Well Wisconsin lets you earn rewards for tracking your healthy activities and progress to your wellness goals. Plus, you can earn a $150 pre-paid card by completing a health assessment, health check, and one healthy activity by mid-October. Employees, retirees, and their spouses who participate in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program can join the Well Wisconsin program.
