We have been giving a high level of service to our BadgerCare Plus members for more than 25 years. We are pleased to welcome Medicaid SSI members starting in Jan. 2023. Our outreach team members are here to help you:
- Find a doctor.
- Locate community resources.
- Schedule appointments and rides.
- Find newborn essentials.
- File an appeal.
- Navigate the BadgerCare Plus or Medicaid SSI process.
Our outreach team members offer caring, one on one attention to our members. They stay in touch with what is happening in the communities they serve and can help find resources to help with your needs.
