Getting started with the new Quartz Well

Setting up your Quartz Well account is simple. Just have your Quartz Member ID number handy when you create your account.*
After registering, you can customize your experience and start earning points right away.

Choose your way to earn points and create lasting healthy habits with our science-backed program, in collaboration with Virgin Pulse. With over 120 healthy behaviors to track, you can make progress toward your well-being goals and earn rewards for a healthier you.

Earning points with Quartz Well

After you sign up, you can start earning points for daily habits and regular preventive care.

  • Health Check Survey – An interactive survey to personalize your health and wellness journey
  • Log activities – Sync your device to track activities, like steps or exercises
  • Healthy behaviors – Select personalized goals and smart choices for your body and lifestyle
  • Challenges – Challenge your coworkers or friends to start a new healthy habit or activity
  • Daily cards – Read two daily tips to help you live well, based on the health and wellness topics of your choice
  • Add friends – Add your work friends and up to 10 friends outside of work to encourage, motivate, and challenge each other
  • Healthy habits – Earn points by making progress towards your healthy habits that help you build a healthy routine and improve your wellbeing
  • Preventive care – Visit your primary care provider (PCP) and get rewards. Earn points for completing your annual physical exam and yearly dental check-up

Healthy habits add up

Points for preventive care will appear within 90 days, as claims are processed. When you earn enough points, you’ll be awarded Pulse Cash. Redeem your Pulse Cash for over 45 gift cards from your favorite retailers. Pulse Cash can also be applied towards health and wellness products at the Virgin Pulse store.

*Members with an existing Virgin Pulse account should use a unique email address for their Quartz Well account.

Quartz Well is not available to Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO), Medicare Dual Eligible, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Select, Medicaid SSI, Quartz BadgerCare Plus, and State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program members. Subscribers age 18 and older can earn $100 for single plans. Family plans offer $100 for the subscriber and $100 for the subscriber’s spouse (or domestic partner). Amounts may vary by Employer wellness program. Please check your member materials, log in to MyChart to view your benefits, or call Customer Success to verify eligibility. Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you may qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact us at (800) 362-3310 and we will work with you (and, if you wish, your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.
