Active state employees have a choice of either the It’s Your Choice (IYC) Health Plan or High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). No matter which plan design option you choose, the same in-network services are covered. The main difference are the premiums and how much you pay when you visit a provider. Explore the tabs below for more information.
Retired state employees have a few options available to select from as well. Navigate to the retiree options tab to learn more.

If you ended your employment after 20 years of creditable service but before you’re eligible for full annuity, you can continue your coverage by completing a Continuation-Conversion Notice.
