No action is required by providers as a result of the name change – it’s merely another step in the full transformation of the Quartz brand.
Member Impact:
Due to regulatory requirements, a small number of members will be issued new ID cards as a result of the name change. However, there will be no changes to members’ plans, premiums, cost-sharing or benefits.
Most members can continue to use their existing ID cards.
Members will be notified of the change via mail or email in May.
