Quartz has the only available 5-Star Medicare Advantage plans in Illinois, starting at just $0 premium/month with lots of built-in extras.
Small groups that are looking for provider flexibility will be pleased with our new POS option. Employers in Boone, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago counties can opt for a POS plan in addition to our HMO product.
We are continuing to offer individual plans in Boone, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago counties. Members in Illinois can access high-quality providers on our flagship Quartz One network.
