Non-emergency Medical Transportation
Lack of transportation should never be a barrier for getting the care you need.
Wisconsin’s Non-emergency Medical Transportation services are here to help.

No ride? No problem
All BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid SSI members have access to schedule rides for routine or urgent care appointments, at no extra cost to you.
Routine care rides are provided through Wisconsin’s Non-emergency Medical Transportation manager. They must be scheduled at least two business days in advance of your appointment. Urgent appointment rides can be scheduled in three hours or less of your appointment.
Don’t let lack of transportation keep you – or your family – from getting to your appointments again. Call and schedule a ride today.
To schedule, call (866) 907-1493 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
