They’re Here: New Quartz ID Cards
You spoke and we listened! We’re pleased to announce Quartz is upgrading our member ID cards from paper to plastic. Most Quartz members* will get a new card automatically reissued and mailed to their address on file. The new cards are built to last. When you receive them, you can destroy your existing paper cards.
Questions? Contact Customer Service.
*Individual plan members will receive their new plastic cards at renewal. Swedish American members are excluded from this mailing.
