Outside of Open Enrollment, you can enroll or change plans only if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period due to a life event, such as moving, getting married, or losing other health coverage.

If eligible for tax credits, you should enroll through your respective Health Insurance Marketplace for Wisconsin or Minnesota. If not, enroll directly through Quartz.
