If you’re age 65, eligible for Medicare Part A, enrolled in Medicare Part B, qualify for Medicaid, and live in Dane or La Crosse County, you may be eligible for a Quartz Dual Eligible with Rx plan. To remain enrolled, you must continue to be eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
