Quartz announced today that interim President and Chief Executive Officer Christine Senty has been appointed to permanently lead the organization as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Quartz Board Chair Bill Farrell announced the appointment: “The Quartz Health Plan Boards are thrilled to appoint Christine Senty to the role of Quartz President and CEO. In her interim capacity, Christine kept Quartz moving in the right direction and ensured stability while positioning the company for continued smart growth. She thoroughly understands the business and has excellent relationships with all of Quartz’s provider owners.”
Senty has over 25 years of experience in managed care. Prior to her interim appointment, she served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since 2015.

Prior to joining the Quartz leadership team, Senty held positions as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer at Dean Health Plan in Madison, Wisconsin and was Associate General Counsel at Midwest Security Life Insurance Company in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Senty has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Law School and at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
