By enrolling in a Quartz Marketplace plan you can determine if you and your family qualify for cost savings:

  • Advanced Premium Tax Credits (APTCs) lower your monthly premium amount
  • Cost Share Reduction (CSR) lowers the amount of your out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, coinsurance, and copays

If you don’t qualify for cost savings, we have plans you can enroll in directly with Quartz.

Special Enrollment: If you’ve had a qualifying event — like getting married, having a baby, or losing health coverage — that can make you eligible for a Special Enrollment period, allowing you to enroll in health insurance outside the yearly Open Enrollment period.

2025 benefit highlights*

  • With Quartz’s Virtual First benefit, members will have a $0 copay for telehealth and virtual appointments for primary care, behavioral health, and urgent care (included on all plans except HSA and Standard Plans)
  • Members with chronic conditions can receive self-monitoring tools at no additional cost to help manage their health, with dedicated clinicians offering support. This program includes a blood pressure monitor or scale, along with clinical supervision and regular reminders to stay on track
New ways to save:
  • Our new 6-tier formulary design for non-Standard Plans features $0 cost for preventive medications (tier 1) – Quartz Formulary Information
  • The Gold Maintenance Plan includes access to personal Durable Medical Equipment (DME)* like CPAP, hearing aids, and nebulizers with no out-of-pocket costs. Prior authorization may apply
  • Quartz offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) Bronze Plan. You can use an HSA pre-tax savings account to help cover out-of-pocket health expenses such as copays, dental exams, or even health care materials like eyewear or hearing aids
Dental and vision highlights:
  • Many Gold, Silver, and Bronze plans are also available, with options to add dental and adult vision benefits
  • Vision benefits include material coverage with a $100/year annual benefit for eyewear such as glasses or contacts

Get the care you need, when you need it. Virtual First offers a $0 copay for telehealth or virtual primary care, behavioral health, and urgent care (available with non-HSA plans).*

Premium savings thanks to the American Rescue Plan Act

The Inflation Reduction Act extends the enhanced tax credits that were originally created through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to lower health insurance costs for individual consumers by:

  • Increasing tax credits for individuals and families who purchase their own health insurance through the Marketplace
  • Expanding tax credit eligibility for households who previously may not have been eligible

You can use the tax credits to reduce how much you pay toward your monthly premiums.
