My Quartz Tools
My Quartz Tools is a 24/7 provider portal that gives you fast access to the most current member and plan information. Use the portal to:
- View member details, including demographics, eligibility, benefits, coverage summaries, and benefit riders
- Submit and track prior authorizations, upload required documents, and review decisions
- Check claims status and view remittance information
- Send secure messages to Customer Success, including claims reconsideration requests
Access support
If you are new to the portal, you can get started by submitting the Access Request Form to get set up. If you’re locked out, your Site Administrator can help restore access. If your Site Administrator needs support, Quartz Customer Success is here to help at (800) 897-1923. Note you can still verify eligibility and check claim status, even without logging in.
