Flexible Plans, Midwestern Service

Quartz competes head-to-head with national plans while rising above the rest with Midwestern friendliness and service excellence.
Offerings include health maintenance organization (HMO), point-of-service (POS) and preferred provider organization (PPO) plans, as well as narrow network options. We also provide administrative services only (ASO) and third-party administrator services (TPA) to self-funded groups.
