Reimbursement Rate Increase for Certain Evaluation and Management (E&M) Services
Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2020.
ForwardHealth will increase reimbursement rates for some E&M services performed by certain providers, as authorized by the 2019 Wisconsin Act 9, the 2019-2021 biennial budget.
2020 CPT and HCPCS Procedure Code Changes
Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2020.
