Quartz Individual and Family Plan Updates for 2026

Some Quartz Individual and Family plans are experiencing service area changes for 2026. Impacted members will receive an official letter from Quartz with detailed information, including important dates and next steps to help you choose new coverage and avoid delays or penalties. 

Please note that if your plan is continuing for 2026, you will receive routine plan renewal materials by early November.  

For help choosing new coverage that is right for you, you can: 

  • Work with a local insurance agent 
  • In Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa, visit the Marketplace
