As Quartz Senior Preferred grows and expands, so do the provider networks and benefits we offer. As of Jan. 1, 2020, you have access to ALL Quartz Senior Preferred network providers throughout our service areas in the Midwest, including UW Health, ProHealth, SwedishAmerican and Gundersen Health Systems. Every one of them! And, we’re excited about the extra benefits you get as part of your plans, too.
