Our new management team includes leaders from GHP and Unity. Terry Bolz is President and Chief Executive Officer of the new company that includes GHP, Unity and Quartz®. Gary Lenth, MD is Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President.
Benefits and premium costs will remain unchanged in the current benefit year. Provider networks are similarly unchanged due to the merger.
