Member ID Card Update
Beginning March 2022, your printed Quartz member ID card will no longer show the Primary Care Clinic (PCC). This change also applies to your digital ID card that you access on your MyChart account.
Quartz made the change to provide you a better experience and reduce the need for multiple cards and reprints.
Did you know you can print a copy of your member ID card that’s available on MyChart?
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Quartz MyChart account through your browser or mobile app.
- Click on Menu, then go to Coverage and select Print an ID Card.
- Your member ID card will display on the screen.
