Quartz Medicare Advantage Updates for 2026
Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) and Quartz Dual Eligible with Rx plans are experiencing some service area changes for 2026. If you do not see your county listed for our 2026 plans, your coverage may be impacted. All impacted members will receive an official letter from Quartz Medicare Advantage that outlines next steps to help members find new coverage and avoid delays or penalties.
Please note that if you received a Quartz Medicare Advantage Annual Notice of Change, the service area exits do not impact your coverage.
