2020 plans available in 7 northern Illinois counties

Our service area footprint in Illinois is getting larger. During the annual enrollment period starting soon for 2020 plans, Quartz will be servicing Carroll, Jo Daviess and Lee counties in addition to Boone, Ogle, Stephenson and Winnebago.

Here’s what else you need to know about our 2020 Illinois offerings –

• Individuals can purchase Gold, Silver, Bronze and Catastrophic level plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace or directly from Quartz
• Plan design options for large and small group employers include comprehensive coverage, integrated wellness, networks that can be offered side-by-side for employee choice, Rx copayments and value tiers
• Quartz Health Benefit Plans Corporation is partnering with Quartz Health Insurance Corporation to give employer groups a POS product option. The POS plan includes our Quartz Performance network of high-quality providers and lets members choose doctors and facilities outside of the Quartz network at an extra cost
• Our Performance Plus network continues to feature SwedishAmerican’s Partners Health Center, delivering concierge health care with no member cost sharing

Illinois plans starting January 1, 2020 or later are offered by Quartz Health Benefit Plans Corporation.
