Let us know how we’re doing

Quartz emails surveys to practitioners twice a year that contain one simple question and take less than a minute to complete. The email comes from SurveyMonkey with the address QuartzExperience@QuartzBenefits.com.

You’ll be asked to rate us on a scale from 0 – 10 in response to the question, “How likely is it that you would recommend Quartz to a friend or colleague?”

Your feedback goes a long way to helping us understand what you expect from a health plan. The next round of practitioner surveys is scheduled for April 2019. If you’re randomly selected, we hope you’ll take a moment to respond – your participation is optional, but truly appreciated!
