Quartz MobileBack, an app-based program designed by Kiio, helps you find relief. 

 

Eighty percent of people have back pain at some point. Get moving again and find relief with MobileBack. It works on your Apple or Android phone or tablet. Use it anywhere, anytime. No additional equipment needed.

Note: Members who have Quartz Well* can earn 500 points for participating in the MobileBack program. Points are awarded when you complete Level 3.

MobileBack: Available to eligible members 18 years and older. (Not available for Self-Funded participants.) Members who sign up and also have Quartz Well are awarded 500 points after completing level 3.
Due to overlap with the Well Wisconsin Program, the Quartz Well reward program is not available to State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program members.
Subscribers age 18 and older can earn $100 for single plans. Family plans offer $100 for the subscriber and $100 for the subscriber's spouse (or domestic partner).
The Quartz Well reward program is not available to all members. Please check your member materials, log in to MyChart to view your benefits or call Customer Service to verify eligibility. Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) members are not eligible for Quartz Well.
