Checkups Are Important

Prenatal care is the care you get while you are pregnant. Early and frequent care can help keep you and your baby healthy. Every checkup helps give your baby a head start on a healthy life.

A checkup between 21 and 56 days after your baby is born is important, too. That checkup gives you care and information you need after your baby arrives.

If you know you are pregnant, or think you might be, call your provider to schedule an appointment.

9 Months & More

As of January 1, 2019, we will not accept new enrollments for 9 Months and More.

We value this program and are working on making it better. A revised program will be offered in the future.

If you enrolled before December 31, 2018, you can continue with the program.

To receive a gift, you must fulfill all of these 9 Months & More requirements.

How to Earn a 9 Months & More Gift

  • Enroll before the end of your 20th week of pregnancy
  • Go to all of your clinic visits before and after the birth. Track them on the 9 Months & More "Recommended Schedule of Appointments" Card
  • Talk with a BadgerCare Plus Outreach Specialist each trimester
  • Go to your postpartum checkup 21-56 days after your baby is born
  • Notify us if you change where you receive your prenatal care
  • Have active Quartz coverage throughout the program and at the time of your postpartum checkup. If your insurance coverage changes, your gift options may change.

To receive a gift, you must fulfill all of the 9 Months & More requirements.

Beginning January 1, 2019, we are re-doing the program.

We are holding off with any new sign-ups.

As always:
Quartz cares about you and your baby. Although this program is being re-done, we can give support, resources and help connect you with care. An Outreach Specialist will help during and after the pregnancy.
