Checkups are important.

Prenatal care is the care you get while you are pregnant. Early and frequent care can help keep you and your baby healthy. Every checkup helps give your baby a head start on a healthy life.

A checkup between 21 and 56 days after your baby is born is important, too. That checkup gives you care and information you need after your baby arrives.

If you know you are pregnant, or think you might be, call your provider to schedule an appointment.

What is 9 Months & MoreSM?

The 9 Months & More program helps mothers-to-be and new moms. The program helps new moms until the baby is two months old. This program is for all Quartz members who are currently pregnant.

How the program works –

After your doctor or nurse confirms your pregnancy, ask for an application to be enrolled in the 9 Months & More program. Or, you can login to MyChart to download an Application Form. You need to fill out and send in your application form before you finish the 20th week of pregnancy. Then you can get all of the gifts from the program.

A Quartz BadgerCare Plus Outreach Specialist will contact you within two weeks after you send in the form. The Outreach Specialist will help you finish the enrollment process. Your Outreach Specialist will continue to help you during the whole program.
