Is your child up-to-date with recommended vaccines? Did you know some colleges
won’t allow your child to complete freshmen registration without a current vaccine
record? Vaccines protect your child and the community from serious illnesses. You can review your child’s immunization history in your MyChart account and arrange to get any missing vaccinations. The following are the most common vaccines colleges require –
- Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) or Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap)
- Pertussis (whooping cough) (Tdap)
- Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B (HBV)
- Meningococcal (meningitis)
- Varicella (chickenpox)
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
