Fortunately, Quartz’s Diabetes Health Management Program helps your employees who have diabetes live (and work) to their fullest potential while managing a chronic condition. Any Quartz member who has been diagnosed with diabetes is automatically enrolled. Program participants receive –

  • Guideline on what types of screening are recommended
  • Reminders about screening to prevent complications of diabetes
  • A diabetes magazine
