At Quartz, we value our customers and welcome your feedback on how we can enhance your experience with us.

You may have seen or heard recent Quartz ads that end with the tagline, “Health plans created with you in mind.” These seven simple words are the heart of what Quartz is as a company — completely focused on your needs and how we can help you create a life of health and wellness.

That’s why we regularly survey our members — to understand what you care about and learn how we can improve your experience with Quartz.

Here’s how to get involved –

  • Email survey. Our monthly email survey takes less than a minute to complete because it only has one question: “How likely is it that you would recommend Quartz to a friend or colleague?” If you receive this email from QuartzExperience@QuartzBenefits.com, please rate us on a scale from 0 – 10.
  • Phone survey. If you’re chosen to participate, you’ll receive a call between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. from the (608) area code, showing “Quartz” in the caller ID. You’ll be asked about topics like access to providers, benefits, coverage, enrollment and claims processing, prior authorization and customer service.
