This Spring, Discover a Healthier You

Wellness Classes at The American Center support a holistic approach to your physical, emotional and mental health. From stress reduction and fitness to hands-on cooking classes and more, many opportunities are available for you to discover a healthier you this spring and throughout the year.

Could a Health Coach Be for You?

Have you taken your Health Risk Assessment (HRA) yet? If your HRA results shows you may be at risk for developing heart disease or diabetes, or if you would like to improve your health and need some help moving in the right direction, a health coach may be for you.

A health coach can help you improve your overall health and well-being by –

  • Helping you create a plan to reach your goals.
  • Working with you to see what might be getting in the way of you reaching your goals.
  • Meeting with you through three to six brief phone sessions at times that work with your schedule.
