Member Satisfaction

We understand that quality health plans start with quality input from the people who use them. 

Quartz works very hard to provide top-notch service to you. We conduct monthly member satisfaction surveys to find out how we're doing and how we can improve.

If you have called customer service, had recent claims or are new to Quartz, you may get a call from a third party representing Quartz between the hours of 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. asking for your participation in a brief survey. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. You'll be asked questions about –

  • Access to providers
  • Benefits or coverage
  • Claims service
  • Customer service
  • Enrollment service

Responses are confidential and will not affect your health benefits or result in a sales solicitation.

If you do not wish to participate, you are welcome to decline and you will not receive any further survey requests.
