CAHPS® is the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (ARHQ) created a standardized survey that makes it easier for health care consumers to compare quality in health care across the United States. The surveys include questions about member satisfaction with health plans, health care, doctors and specialists.

Quartz submits multiple plans for accreditation under the market names of Quartz Health Benefit Plans Corporation (QHBPC), Quartz Health Plan Corporation (QHPC) and Quartz Health Insurance Corporation (QHIC).
