Recognition

Quartz affiliate, Unity Health Insurance, was awarded the 2017 Gallup Great Workplace Award. The Gallup award recognizes organizations for their extraordinary ability to create comprehensive cultures that drive employee engagement. Gallup defines engaged employees as involved in, enthusiastic about and committed to their work and workplace. The award is testament to the quality of individuals that make up our exceptional organization as well as the strong, employee-focused culture at Quartz.

The award was presented during the early stages of Quartz legacy organizations' integration, when engagement surveys were conducted separately. However, we feel this honor is truly a recognition of what we will continue to accomplish since coming together as Quartz.
